A tree appraisal establishes the monetary value of trees and is used to determine the loss in property value for insurance claims. The emotional value of trees is extremely subjective, however, the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers (CLTA) publishes standard guidelines for determining the value of urban trees. These guidelines are endorsed as the national standard, and our qualified arborists use the guidelines when conducting tree appraisals.
